"Support was okay, but useless"
Support did try, I’ll give them that, but wow, what a slow bunch. The issue dragged on way longer than it should have, and I was left feeling like I was dealing with amateurs.

I’ll admit I’m probably a little impatient when it comes to appointments, but this one felt disorganized. I ended up waiting longer than expected, and nobody really explained what was going on or how long things would take. Maybe it was just an off day, but it definitely wasn’t a great experience for me

My lashes started falling off way sooner than I expected, even though I followed all the aftercare instructions. I reached out to support hoping for some help, but it felt like I just kept getting passed around or told the same thing over and over. The retention was really disappointing, it just wasn’t worth it for me.

I went in hoping this would be useful, but it didn’t feel worth it. The instructor just didn’t seem that experienced, or maybe they weren’t very prepared — either way, it was hard to trust the guidance. I kept waiting for things to click, and they just kind of never did.

"Looked better online than it did in person"
I spent a while looking at this before ordering because the photos made it seem like it would be a nice piece. Shipping was fine and at first glance it was okay, but once I actually had it in my hands and used it a bit, I started noticing little things. The finish wasn’t very clean in some spots, and overall it just felt cheaper than I expected. After a short time, it didn’t seem like it was holding up all that well either. For what it costs, I thought the quality would be better, so I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Honestly, not very beginner friendly"
I wanted to like this, and there were moments where it seemed like it might click, but I felt lost almost right away. It kind of gives you the impression that beginners can follow along, but then it jumps ahead like you already know what you're doing. Frustrating.

"Felt like I was left to figure it out on my own"
I didn’t have a great experience. I was hoping the site would be simple to use and that I’d get more guidance, but it just felt confusing and kind of frustrating. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it felt like I was paying and still having to struggle through everything myself. For the price, I really don’t feel like I got what I needed, so I doubt I’ll order again.

The products themselves seem decent, I guess, but the communication left a lot to be desired. I reached out with a question about my order and it took much longer than I expected to get a response. When they finally did reply, it was really brief and didn’t fully answer what I asked. I don’t mind waiting a little if there are clear updates, but the whole thing felt kind of frustrating.

"Good overall, but mine was missing parts"
In my experience, the kit showed up on time, which was nice, but it wasn’t quite complete. A few pieces that looked like they were included in the listing weren’t in the box, so I ended up having to buy extras myself and wait longer to use it. The quality seems decent from what I can tell, but personally, the missing items made it a bit frustrating and disappointing.

"Refund took forever and support felt robotic"
Returning my order ended up being way more annoying than I expected. I had to follow up with support twice, and the replies felt like they were coming from robots answering emails instead of an actual person trying to help. The refund did finally show up, but it took almost three weeks, which felt way too long for something that should’ve been simple.

I was interested at first and wanted to feel good about the product, but when I looked into the certification, the details just weren’t very clear. "Training didn’t really measure up"
I was disappointed with the training. It felt rushed, and a lot of the explanations weren’t very clear. They kind of sped through the steps like everyone was already supposed to know what was going on, so I ended up leaving with more questions than answers. I’ve taken similar trainings from other companies that were much more hands-on and easier to follow, especially for around the same price. This one just didn’t feel worth it to me.
